Thank you for visiting the Columbia Theological Seminary Employer Portal.

The Office of Student Affairs and Community Life (OSACL) works with each Columbia student to ensure they are prepared for congregational placements and a wide range of other career paths upon graduation. The OSACL staff would be happy to work with you, your search committee, or organization to facilitate on-campus interviews, publicize your job posting, and to ensure one of our students or recent graduates fills your next opening.

Please review the information below to learn more about graduating students and recent graduates, schedule a time to host on campus (or Skype) interviews, and/or submit a job posting.

Schedule an On-Campus or Virtual Interview

We welcome congregations and organizations to campus to interview our students in person and virtually. This experience enables employers to connect with a greater number of students, get a sense of the ethos of the Columbia community, and have dedicated space to comfortably get to know potential candidates.

Generally, we schedule interviews at least two to three weeks in advance, This allows students time to sign up and research the position.  This also enables our office to provide a hospitable experience for you. To schedule an on-campus interview, email Rev. Katie Ricks at RicksK@ctsnet.edu.

If you are traveling some distance to conduct the interviews, Columbia has extremely affordable guest accommodations.  If you need guest accommodations, just let us know. We will coordinate logistics with the Business Office.
