The Associate Pastor for Engagement would be responsible for growing the Women's ministry by growing Women's Circles, Bible studies, and small groups, as well as developing the Women's Retreat. This position would also support the Senior Pastor with the new member process and equip lay leaders to coordinate the parish neighborhood ministry. The Associate Pastor would also support the Epiphany Social Ventures ministry and the Single Adult Ministry.
